Engineered Unit Masonry Structures & Special Frames
Inspection of reinforced masonry structures, steel and concrete frames, wood or composite floor and roof systems. These certify the structure adheres to engineering and construction standards, code and plan requirements.
Threshold Inspections
These are comprehensive inspections of structures taller than three (3) stories or 50 feet, or have an assembly occupancy greater than 500 people.
Building Envelope Inspections
We assess the building's exterior components to ensure proper installation and function. Such components include windows, doors, roofs and cladding.
